Residential HVAC Service Technician

Location: Statesville, NC

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | On-call one week per month for emergency service only

We are hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to help deliver outstanding service to our residential and light commercial customers. This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking long-term stability, excellent benefits, and real advancement potential.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• At least 1 year of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• NATE certification is a plus
• Experience mentoring or training others is preferred
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
• Complete work safely and up to the company quality standards
