- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing comfort needs
- Recommend system solutions tailored to each home and budget
- Explain pricing and financing options clearly and professionally
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative, pressure-free sales
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for a smooth customer experience
