Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role as the first point of contact for our customers. This position is responsible for supporting customers by discussing product offerings, answering questions, and processing quotes and orders. Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch break
Essential Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process customer orders, quotes, forms, applications, and requests accurately
• Provide current and accurate product and service information to customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
