Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
- Support the full-cycle recruiting process from initial resume review to delivering offers for all positions
- Post job openings and manage applicant flow in the ATS (Spark Hire)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Assist with offers and pre-employment processes
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Support HR projects, reporting, and employee file maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Recruiting/HR
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish a major plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
