Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance and repair of building systems, mainly plumbing.
- Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
- Help perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls.
- Follow construction inspection procedures and system design standards.
- Work well with team members and others.
- Assist with basic electrical repairs like lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers (preferred).
- Must be available for on-call plumbing emergencies.
- Must have own plumbing tools.
- Able to troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, drains, fixtures, and water pressure issues.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and routine plumbing repairs.
- Basic electrical knowledge (lighting, outlets, and breakers) is a plus.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable using a phone to receive and manage work orders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must follow all safety procedures.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and frequently bend, kneel, and crouch.
