Compensation & Deductions
- Paid via 1099 with direct deposit every Friday.

- Security Deposit - $1000 (deducted in $100 increments from the first 10 paychecks; refundable after 45 days of termination).
- Occupational Insurance: $37 per week (covers up to $10,000)

Driver Perks & Benefits
Layover Pay: $100 Detention Pay: $20/hour (after 2 hours) Extra Stops: $25 Referral Bonus: $500 per driver (after 1 week of employment). DOT Inspection Bonuses (based on level).

What We’re Looking For:
6 months of CDL-A Experience Clean Driving Record(no SAP, DUI/DWI, or reckless driving violations). 1099 Ready (don’t worry, we’ll assist you with setting up your business account if needed)
