Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 8AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
- Effectively communicate with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar systems to assist in customer support tasks.
- Utilize PC skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or experience with similar systems.
- Comfortable with PC skills, including data entry.
- A positive attitude and a dedication to maintaining a friendly and collaborative work environment.
- Availability for weekend shifts is necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus but not required.
