Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading and assembly of plumbing components.
- Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on remodeling projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate installation and repairs.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading techniques.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
