As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Associate with strong residential experience to join our team in our Oak Lawn office.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record in residential drafting and design.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Revit software is required. Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a major plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of residential building codes, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Collaboration: Ability to work smoothly in team settings, but also independently with minimal supervision.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for design.
