Job Summary
Joylux is seeking a part-time, long-term Fulfillment Support Contractor. In this role, you’ll support our direct-to-consumer (D2C) operations by picking, packing, and shipping online orders quickly and accurately. The right candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with a team. Are you able to reliably commute to Airport Way S in Georgetown/Seattle?
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with warehouse operations including stocking, organizing, and restocking inventory.
- Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and USPS carrier pickups.
- Support receiving, returns, and quality checks of products.
- Use basic shipping or order fulfillment software (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse support, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer or handheld scanner skills for tracking orders.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for seasonal workload increases.
Compensation
- Contract position (1099), part-time.
- $22/hour, M-F 10:30am-4:30pm
- Flexible schedule, with heavier workloads during the holiday season
