Position: Bartender, Full- or Part-Time
We’re looking for experienced Bartenders to join our team, helping to bring Joylark’s vision of hospitality to life, ensuring that the bar experience is exceptional and bringing happiness to our guests. This is a unique opportunity for a Front of House professional who wants to grow their career in a new direction. Starting wage is $8.50 per hour PLUS TIPS.

Your Role Will Include
· Setting up (and/ or breaking down) the bar for service and ensuring the area is clean and stocked.
· Preparing and serving wine, beer, mocktails, and cocktails, and other beverages for guests. Assist in service for coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, as needed.
· Flexing your creative muscles, creating new drinks for the menu or as seasonal specials.
· Providing superior hospitality and service to our guests.
· Ensuring all applicable laws and regulations are followed, as well as providing a safe environment for staff and guests.
· Upholding standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with health regulations and Joylark’s culture.
· Keeping the bar and coffee station clean and stocked, and assisting in ordering, inventory, and vendor management.
We’re Seeking Someone Who Has
· 2 years experience as a successful Bartender, with all associated skills and knowledge.
· Experience with coffee, juices, and smoothies are a plus, but not required.
· Comfort in managing guests’ drinking experience, including avoiding over-consumption, and any needed cut-offs and ride calls.
· Genuine desire to provide the best in hospitality, always striving for more.
· Abilities to work under pressure, and to make the most of less busy times.
· Primarily an evening and weekends position.
· TIPS certification preferred.
· At least 18 years of age.
