Because this lot is strictly designated for company staff, your main focus will be monitoring authorized access, maintaining lot safety, and providing excellent service to our team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily parking assignments, monitor vehicle flow, and optimize space utilization.
• Provide a welcoming, professional presence as the daily point of contact for company employees as they arrive and depart.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, traffic regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Handling and operating employee vehicles with care and safety
• Maintain accurate records of parking operations, including shift reports and incident documentation.
• Maintain excellent attendance to ensure the lot is monitored during peak employee arrival and departure times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in valet parking, driving, or related customer service roles within dealership or retail environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with company staff.
• Ability to monitor the parking lot entrance to ensure only authorized company staff and permitted vehicles gain entry.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in dealership or retail settings is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk extensively, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
