Position Summary
Joyin is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our Walmart Key Account Management (KAM) team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This role will work closely with Walmart account managers and cross-functional teams to help drive account growth, support daily operations, coordinate projects, and maintain strong retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Walmart Key Account Managers with daily account operations and client communications.
- Assist with item setup, pricing updates, promotional planning, and assortment management.
- Coordinate internally with supply chain, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment status, and sales performance metrics.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and business review materials for Walmart meetings.
- Help track purchase orders, shipment status, deductions, and operational issues.
- Support new product launches and seasonal program execution.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and sales records.
- Participate in retailer meetings, trade shows, and market visits as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, retail operations, or consumer products preferred.
- Experience supporting Walmart or major retail accounts is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with retail reporting systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
