Job Type: Part-Time / PRN
Pay: $13-$15 per hour (based on experience & assignment)
We are a Georgia-licensed Private Home Care Provider (PHCP) opening soon and currently building our caregiver team. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / (CNAs) for upcoming client placements. This is an opportunity to complete onboarding now and be ready for assignments as services begin.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Community support/outings per service plan
- Follow individualized service plans and agency policies
- Complete visit documentation and time records
- Report changes in client condition to supervisor
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to pass a Georgia criminal background check
- CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current TB test
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, bend, and assist clients as needed
- PCA, caregiver, DSP, or home care experience preferred (not required)
