About the Studio
At Joyful Harmonies Music Studio, music has the power to nurture connection, inspire growth, and create belonging. Through joyful, research-based early childhood music experiences, children and caregivers learn, grow, and connect together in a warm, welcoming community. As the studio grows, this role helps make sure every family feels seen, supported, and at home.
In This Role You Will:
- Respond to family inquiries promptly and warmly, guiding prospective families toward the classes that best fit their child
- Welcome and onboard new families so they arrive at their first class feeling prepared, confident, and already part of the community
- Keep communication with families warm, timely, and supportive throughout their journey
- Notice when a family begins to drift and reach out with genuine care
- Create moments of celebration and appreciation that make families feel known and valued
- Maintain accurate family, enrollment, and attendance records so every experience feels seamless
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of the studio so educators can focus on teaching

The Essentials:
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Hybrid — a mix of remote and in-person responsibilities in Forest, VA
- $16–18 per hour, depending on experience
- Reliable transportation for in-person responsibilities and events
- Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative
