Who We Are

We're building something special at our new Salisbury, MD clinic, and we're looking for the right people to grow it with us.

The Role

As an RBT at Joyful Behavior, you'll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents — from toddlers to teens — delivering individualized ABA therapy in our clinic (with occasional in-home sessions as needed). You'll partner closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans, track progress, and celebrate wins big and small.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized behavior therapy guided by your BCBA's clinical oversight
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention plans in real time
• Teach functional, life-changing skills to help kids thrive
• Track and document client progress with care and consistency
• Maintain a safe, warm, and therapeutic environment in every session
• Build genuine connections with clients, families, and colleagues
• Show up with patience, creativity, and heart — every single day

What We're Looking For

• A warm, dependable person who genuinely loves working with kids
• RBT certification (or the drive and commitment to earn it — we'll guide you)
• 1 year of experience with children preferred, not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a huge plus
• Someone who thrives in a team-centered, mission-driven environment

• Pay: $22–$27/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
• Setting: Primarily clinic/center-based (Salisbury, MD)
• Type: Part-time
