Position Overview
We're seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor role ideal for someone who blends professionalism with heart- someone who loves helping clients restore balance, nurture their skin, and leave feeling renewed. You'll have the opportunity to grow your clientele within a supportive, wellness-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality facial, skincare, and waxing services with attention to comfort, safety, and results
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend personalized treatments and homecare routines
- Maintain an immaculate treatment space following all sanitation and MN Board of Cosmetology standards
- Educate clients on skincare maintenance and available Joyflow wellness offerings
- Contribute to our warm, welcoming environment and occasionally participate in special events or promotions
Qualifications
- Current MN Esthetician or Advanced Practice Esthetician license required
- Spa manager license required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in spa, salon, or wellness setting (preferred but not required)
- Skilled in a variety of facial and skincare techniques; additional modalities (dermaplaning, peels, etc.) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for client connection and education
- Self-motivated, reliable, and aligned with Joyflow's mission of wellness and community

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position with competitive split rates. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview based on services and experience.
