Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Lash Technician to join our growing Joyflow wellness team. This is an independent contractor role ideal for someone who loves helping clients look and feel their best in a calm, uplifting environment. You'll have the opportunity to build your clientele within our supportive community while offering your unique artistry and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional lash extension and lash lift/tint services with precision and care
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety
- Consult with clients to understand desired outcomes and recommend appropriate lash styles
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure lash health and retention
- Contribute to the warm, welcoming Joyflow atmosphere- greeting clients, sharing updates, and supporting community events when applicable
Qualifications
- Certified in lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, and/or Volume preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of lash experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive client experience
- Self-motivated, professional, and aligned with Joyflow's mission of wellness and community

Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position with competitive split rates. Details discussed during interview based on experience and offerings.
