What You'll Do:
- Independently manage a caseload of personal injury plaintiff cases from inception through resolution.
- Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop strong legal strategies.
- Draft and file legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients at hearings and trials.
- Maintain exceptional communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate effectively with our dedicated team of case managers.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay abreast of changes in workers' compensation law.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar Association.
- 3 years of verifiable experience working in the fields of Personal Injury and/or Workers' Compensation.
- Proven ability to manage a significant caseload effectively and independently.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to connect with and advocate for clients from diverse backgrounds.
