- The daily tasks for this position include:
- Providing exceptional client service by updating them on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
- Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
- Keeping thorough documentation in the case management system.
- Manage the retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
- Maintaining physical custody of the file and keeping it organized and updated appropriately.
- Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.
- This role will have a lower caseload and assist with covering for others when they are on vacation or LOAs.
- This role handles files in the pre-litigation status. This position does not handle litigation after a suit is filed on a case.
This is a full-time position. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) fluency required.
