Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15-25 telesales/appointment-setting reps during evening and weekend shifts.
- Drive performance with clear KPIs, live coaching, and real-time accountability.
- Manage thousands of warm and hot inbound/outbound leads daily.
- Maximize appointment conversions and revenue through scripts, call monitoring, and role-play sessions.
- Recruit, hire, and uptrain inside sales reps to continuously improve performance.
- Partner with marketing and outside sales to align lead flow and conversion goals.
- Create a fun, competitive, and high-energy call center environment where results are everything
Qualifications
- 3 years of proven inside sales or call center management experience (appointment-setting preferred).
- Strong background in lead generation, phone sales, and appointment conversion.
- Hands-on leadership style — you thrive on the sales floor, not behind a desk.
- Excellent coaching, training, and team-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset — you hate excuses and love winning.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently
