About the Role
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a driven, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across events and canvassing efforts while building and developing a high-performing team.
This is a player-coach leadership role—you’ll lead from the front by generating leads yourself while coaching your team to hit and exceed targets.
You’ll oversee two core channels:
- Events & Shows (home shows, festivals, retail activations)
- Neighborhood Canvassing (targeted residential outreach)

What You’ll Do
- Generate leads and set appointments through events and canvassing
- Lead by example with strong personal production
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of marketers
- Manage day-to-day field performance across both channels
- Coach team members in real time to improve results
- Oversee scheduling, territory planning, and event execution
- Track performance and ensure team hit lead and appointment goals
- Support setup/teardown of events and field operations
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000
- On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $95,000
- $500/month car allowance
- $100/month phone allowance
- Uncapped bonuses tied to team personal performance
- Fast increases tied directly to production and team growth
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in lead generation, canvassing, or event marketing
- Leadership experience or strong desire to step into management
- Comfortable working in the field and leading from the front
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends
- Ability to lift and set up event equipment
