Joyce Factory Direct is hiring Sunroom Installers (W2) to support residential bathroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands on, field-based role and no prior sunroom installation experience is required. You'll work alongside experienced installers, receive on the job training, and start with material handling, prep work, and basic installation tasks while learning the trade. - Hourly rate: $16-$22 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime opportunities when available

- Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

- Assist with residential bathroom installations under the direction of lead installers
- Learn proper installation techniques, measurements, and safety procedures
- Carry, stage, and organize materials and tools on job sites
- Use hand and power tools safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners and internal teams
- Follow company installation standards and safety guidelines
- Interest in construction, carpentry, or learning a skilled trade
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
