Joyce Sunrooms, Windows & Baths is hiring experienced Inside Sales Agents for our growing call center. If you know phone sales, love talking to people, and want a place where your performance actually pays, this is the opportunity.

This is a career growth position for agents with real experience. Not entry-level.

Pay

We keep it simple and honest:

• Hourly: $14-$17/hr
• Average with incentives: $24-$28/hr
• Top agents earn above that consistently If you know how to set appointments, you'll make strong, steady money here
  
  

Schedule (Must-Have Availability)

We are actively hiring for these shifts:

• Evenings: 12 PM-8 PM or 4 PM-9 PM
• Weekend shifts: Saturday/Sunday afternoons and daytime hours
  
  

If you want evenings and weekends, you will be first in line.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm and hot inbound/outbound leads
• Set appointments for in-home estimates
• Maintain call pacing, daily goals, and quality standards
• Bring strong communication, confidence, and results
• Keep a positive, coachable attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Comfort working in a high-volume call center
• Strong closer on the phone—goal-driven and competitive
• Reliable, professional, and able to work evenings/weekends
