What You’ll Do
- Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs, including equipment, manikins, supplies, and scenario programming
- Support live simulation experiences by operating equipment, providing technical assistance, and role-playing patients or family members
- Assist instructors and students with simulation tools and medical equipment
- Maintain, clean, and restock labs and supply rooms after use
- Monitor inventory and ensure labs are fully stocked and ready for instruction
- Collaborate with the simulation team to ensure smooth, efficient lab operations

You’re a Great Fit If You Have
- A background in healthcare (CNA, Medical Assisting, EMT, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with both people and technology
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility to support evening and weekend lab sessions, as needed
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification
