In this role, you’ll be the bridge between students, faculty, and healthcare partners—helping ensure our nursing students gain the real-world clinical experiences they need to thrive.

- Coordinate clinical and preceptor placements that prepare students for their nursing careers
- Guide students through compliance requirements so they’re ready for rotations
- Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and support faculty collaboration
- Assist with registration, scheduling, orientations, and student support
- Use university systems and tools to keep processes smooth and organized

What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based communication tools
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment
