Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist in daily accounting office operations and workflows
- Assist Controller with maintaining the general ledger and month end process
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years dealership accounting experience
- Knowledge of every accounting desk including billing, titles, AP and AR
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to adapt to new technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
