Duties
- Engage with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Manage inbound calls and inquiries, providing clear information about products and services
- Assist clients with policy updates, claims processing, and benefits administration to ensure smooth service delivery
- Conduct outbound telemarketing efforts to promote insurance products and schedule appointments
- Utilize analysis skills to evaluate client data, identify sales opportunities, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials and engaging in community outreach
- Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- State required licenses: Property and Casualty and Life and Health
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Prior experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases, but not required
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and identifying sales opportunities
