Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team in Plymouth, NH. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. Typical Evening would be 6 hours per night Monday-Friday no weekend and most holidays are not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Support industrial cleaning projects by utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning and sanitation purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning practices to ensure a healthy workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing.
- Familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus.
