Our job is Monday-Friday no weekends
6 hours per night, our job begins at 5:30 pm and ends at 11:30 pm
Our job is 30 hours per week and it is a part time position
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
- Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols for storage, mixing, and disposal.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy cleaning supplies or equipment with proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain cleanliness during scheduled cleaning sessions or as needed for special events or emergencies.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to facilities management.
- Follow safety procedures diligently during all custodial activities to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial, industrial, or residential settings.
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling, safe lifting practices, and proper use of custodial equipment including floor buffers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or painting is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Prior porter or maintenance experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards.
