Job Overview

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. There is a $200.00 sign on bonus after 90 days of successful employment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, or industrial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and shine
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas following established protocols
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, and surface disinfecting
- Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs and facility upkeep
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning is advantageous
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently during evening hours
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
