Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY, for an Executive Assistant/Sales Assistant. The Executive Assistant/Sales Assistant will support the CEO by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities include maintaining records of client interactions, supporting sales initiatives, assisting with reporting, preparing presentations, and managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department. They will also be responsible for all follow-up to sales calls and customer setups.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills essential for client and internal team interactions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales support
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage schedules, priorities, and tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Proficient in AI ( Gemmini, Chatgpt etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales or administrative support roles is a plus
