We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, providing exceptional service, and making a meaningful impact in customers’ lives, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the best footwear and comfort solutions
- Provide accurate information about products, features, and pricing
- Learn and maintain strong product knowledge across all brands and services
- Assist customers with custom fitting, foot measuring, and insole recommendations
- Cross-sell complementary products and services
- Help maintain store appearance through stocking and organizing merchandise
- Keep up with go-backs and inventory tasks
- Work closely with teammates to provide excellent customer service, especially during busy periods
- Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Share customer feedback and insights with store management
- Stay current on new products and services
What We’re Looking For
- Retail sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping people
- Ability to build trust and provide personalized recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math and point-of-sale system skills
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role requires standing and moving throughout the store for extended periods of time, typically 2–4 hours without a break. Responsibilities may include bending, reaching overhead, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying merchandise weighing 10–25 pounds. Team members regularly work with point-of-sale systems, product displays, and stockroom inventory in a busy retail environment.
