Joy Painting is hiring experienced residential painter crew leads for immediate full-time work throughout Northeast Ohio. Specifically; Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and Lake County areas.

Responsibilities
* Interior & exterior residential painting
* Management of crews
* Planning for each project to ensure efficiency
* Prep work including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and scraping
* Rolling, brushing, and spraying
* Job site cleanup and organization
* Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
* Maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
* Previous management skills (Painting management preferred)
* Strong prep skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable on ladders
* Clean driving record
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Ability to work full-time hours
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.
