Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules for non-emergency medical transport, ensuring efficient routing and timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and drivers to confirm appointments, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Manage transportation requests, prioritize urgent needs, and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including trip details, schedules, and client information.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all transportation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed to ensure reliable service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in transportation coordination, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
