What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
- Show up on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
- Inspect roofs and gather the details needed for accurate estimates
- Send finalized quotes within 2 to 3 days after inspection
- Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
- Set clear expectations so customers always know the next step
- Follow Joyland’s residential sales process and checklists
- Create clear, complete work orders for sold jobs
- Work with the production team to support a smooth project handoff
- Stay involved after the sale to help make sure the work is completed with quality and care
- Continue learning about roofing, products, sales, and the industry
- Friendly, proactive, and relationship-driven
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Quick to communicate and follow through
- Comfortable talking with homeowners
- Detail-oriented when inspecting, estimating, and preparing work orders
