Responsibilities

- Monitor children’s health and safety at all times, including administering first aid when necessary and following health protocols.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children’s progress, needs, and any concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards for daycare facilities.
- Engage in ongoing training related to early childhood education, childhood development, first aid certification, and inclusive caregiving practices.
