I will work to match you with a household that fits your driving radius and desired tasks. Matching women gifted with Acts of Service to busy Executive Families that need the extra support is a total win/win!
Who Would Make a Great Household Manager:
~Empty Nest Mom or soon to have an empty nest with youngest a junior or senior in HS. (Why this requirement you ask? I’m providing seasoned moms that are fully available for the Executive Families with the intention of the placement being for at least 1 year. Therefore, you’re not tied down to doctor appointments, sudden sickness and sports schedules of your own children. The expectation is that you are available for up to an 8hr day at your client’s home, plus commuting time. I’ve found this time freedom is more likely available for Empty Nest Moms).

~Thrive on making a difference, feeling needed and being appreciated.
~Confident in your built-in authority as a seasoned mom, has emotional and situational intelligence.
~Physically fit to be able to be on your feet for 6-8hrs with a short 10-20 min lunch. Ability to carry laundry loads and groceries, do stairs, change sheets/make beds for entire household.
~Enjoy folding clothes, refreshing bedding, meal prep, organization and running errands.
~Problem solver, an eye for detail and excellence, love creating order, especially in someone else’s home! :)
~Don’t mind working solo, but would welcome the opportunity to pour into younger, executive moms.
~Have a heart for young families and would count it all joy to pray over their homes!
~Looking to earn a side income to fund savings, help pay down debt, cash flow college, fund the family vacation, new car or home remodeling project.
~Typically starting your work day at 8 or 8:30am and able to stay until 4 or 4:30pm, completing 8hrs if the list is full, free to leave after 6hrs if list is complete. The concept sold to the family is my weekly 6-8hr day model.
How it works:
I’m excited to equip and empower fellow empty nest moms to create their own businesses as independent Household Managers.
1) You and I have an initial phone consultation. I provide information on the role of a Household Manager and discuss your interest level and past experiences. From there, you can determine if this would be a good fit for you and your schedule. If so, consider if you would like a weekly client(s) or a bi-weekly client(s).
2) You will be provided with details of the 6-8hr day model, plus my tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. I will share the basic business beginning/building steps and am available as a resource to you.
3) Job shadow me 2 times at my client homes on a Tues & Wed from 8:30-11:30am to see the plan in real life action.
4) I find a household to meet your interests & driving radius
5) Once the perfect match is found, you will be connected via text introduction to your household in need! You will then schedule an orientation at your client’s home that is unpaid, no more than 1 hr, and work with your matched family to develop a customized schedule and list of tasks. Agree on a start date and how/type of payment is made directly to you, and start reaping the benefits!
6) Payment for Household Managers range from $225-$250 day rate depending upon experience. (A day rate allows for a minimum of 6 hrs and up to 8hrs/day to complete the daily list). I will make a decision for your day rate after you shadow me and I learn more about your past experience.
7) Earnings example: 1 weekly client at 1 day/week = $900/mo minimum.
8) Additional Families can be provided if you request for me to do additional family matches, this saves you from marketing and I bring the client to you. :)
9) Household Manager’s duties exclude cleaning and child care.
