Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with additional expertise in CEREC dentistry. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of dental practice. The Associate Dentist will work collaboratively with our staff to deliver comprehensive dental services while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Conduct various dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Engage in effective communication with patients regarding their treatment options and care plans.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including the use of Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix software.
Skills
- Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, demonstrating an ability to work effectively with children.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while assessing individual needs.
- Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $90, $130,000.00 per year
