Thursday: 11:30-5:15
Friday: 11:30-6:30
Saturday: 10:30-7
Sunday: 10:30-5:30

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership presence without needing a “manager” title
- Hospitality, restaurant, winery, or event experience preferred
- Outgoing, positive, and guest-focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay (16-18$)
- Tips potential sales bonuses (Tips range from 10-15$ hr)

Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide engaging wine tastings in a professional manner
- Educate visitors about our wines, vineyard practices, and tasting procedures
- Assist customers with selecting wines and making purchase recommendations
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room and surrounding areas
- Support food service operations, including light food preparation or pairing suggestions when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of wine and related products
- Promote our winery’s brand through excellent customer interactions and product knowledge
Pay: $18.00 - $31.00 per hour
