Part-Time Dental Patient Coordinator — Jowett & Lewis Family Dentistry (Topeka, KS)
Looking for someone outgoing, upbeat, and genuinely friendly to be the first voice and face our patients meet. This is NOT a role for someone quiet or reserved — we need a true people-person who brings energy to the front desk every day.
Schedule: Part-time (under 17–20 hrs/week). Could grow into full-time down the road if the right opportunity arises, but there's no set plan for that — this is a part-time role as posted. No Weekends or Nights
Pay: Based on experience.
What You'll Do (duties include, but are not limited to):
- Answer phones and greet patients with warmth and energy
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify dental benefits/insurance
- Take patient payments
- Discuss treatment plans with patients
- Enter and manage data in Dentrix
What We Need From You:
- Dental front office experience (or solid dental knowledge in another capacity) — required
- A genuinely positive, friendly, talkative personality
- Dependability — showing up on time, every time, no-call/no-shows are a dealbreaker
- Integrity and honesty
- A team-player mindset
- Comfortable using Dentrix (or willing/able to learn quickly)
- Bonus: Fluent in Spanish is a big plus!
