We Look For:
- Energetic, engaging, and child-focused individuals who enjoy play, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, and creative learning
- Experience with special needs is a huge plus (but not required)
- Childcare or nanny experience preferred (paid or unpaid)
- Willingness to work with multiple families in different home settings
- Reliable, insured transportation to travel throughout San Diego County
- A cell phone with data to manage schedules via our app
- Summer availability, with flexible part-time or full-time shifts (typically between 12:00pm–9:00pm)
- 12:00pm–6:00pm
- 2:30pm–6:30pm
- 12:30pm–8:30pm
- Paid orientation and training
- Employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid certification and Trustline registration (if needed)
- App-based tools to manage availability, assignments, and maximize earnings
- Active, hands-on, and kid-focused environment
- Includes indoor and outdoor play, activities, and light clean-up
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and getting up/down from the floor
- Ability to react quickly and calmly in various situations
