- Provide advisory and analytical support to senior military and civilian leadership
- Analyze complex issues and present findings in clear, concise formats
- Develop and deliver briefings for executive-level stakeholders
- Support and improve business processes across the organization
- Track, manage, and prioritize tasks using enterprise tracking systems (e.g., ETS)
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in the absence of formal guidance
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Adapt to evolving organizational structures and mission requirements
- Experience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal experience preferred)
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar tools)
- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
