- At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
- At least 2-3 childcare references are required
- Part-time schedules are available (12 - 30 hours per week) - Weekday afternoons & Weekends are our biggest need!
- Reliable and insured transportation is required to travel to various family homes, families may also request drop off and pickup for activities during your shift
- Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments
- Orientation and training, employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid, and California Trustline if needed.
- App-based tools to manage your availability, scheduling, and job assignments, offering you the ability to maximize earnings.
