Part-Time Bilingual Nanny for Infant | $18–$18.50/hr (Eligibility for raises in the future)
Location: Gilbert, AZ 85234
We are a warm and welcoming Mesa family who is seeking a nurturing and engaging nanny to care for oursweet infant daughter (currently around 10 months old). I (Mom) work remotely from a home office and will typically be home during the day, while Dad occasionally works from home as well. Our family also has a friendly 9‑year‑old Chihuahua who spends most of the day relaxing with me —no pet care required. Our daughter enjoys music, sensory play, and interactive activities - we are raising her in a bilingual Spanish/English home and would love a caregiver who can support that environment. Spanish–English bilingual ability is strongly preferred, and candidates with strong conversational Spanish will also be considered.

This position offers a consistent part‑time schedule with our family who values engagement, learning, and nurturing care. All candidates will first meet with a Jovie Specialist before being introduced to us.

Start Date, Length & Compensation
- Start date: As soon as the right fit is found
- Long‑term position preferred
- $18.00–$18.50 per hour based on experience
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for one infant
- Engage in age‑appropriate play, learning, and sensory activities
- Support bilingual language exposure (Spanish/English)
- Prepare simple meals/snacks as the child grows
- Child‑related laundry
- Light child‑related tidying and cleaning
- Maintain a safe, warm, and nurturing environment
- Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
- At least 2 years of experience caring for infants (10 months)
- CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred (conversational Spanish required at minimum)
- Ability to incorporate Spanish into daily interactions (songs, books, simple phrases)
- Background or education in childcare/early childhood education is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
