Jovie is seeking a dependable, engaging nanny to provide consistent, long term care for a Johnson City/Jonesborough family. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections with children, creating fun and enriching activities, and becoming trusted long term support for a family.
The family is looking for a nanny who is warm, proactive, and confident managing routines while creating a safe, loving, and structured environment for the children. They value strong communication, reliability, and someone who can take initiative while supporting the day-to-day flow of the household as it relates to the children.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing attentive, engaging childcare
- Planning age-appropriate activities and play
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
- Assisting with children’s laundry and tidying children’s spaces
- Transporting children safely using a family-provided vehicle
- Supporting routines, structure, and positive development
- Assisting with child-related errands and organization as needed
- Prior nanny or childcare experience with young children
- Reliable, organized, and proactive personality
- Warm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable around large dogs
- Interest in a long-term placement preferred
- Regular compensation increases
