What You’ll Do
You’ll step into each day ready to make it better for the families you support—whether that means leading outdoor adventures, singing silly songs, reading favorite stories, encouraging imaginative play, or simply being a steady, reassuring presence. You’ll manage naps, meals, and daily routines with confidence, keeping kids safe, engaged, and thriving. Your work matters deeply to the children you care for and to the parents who rely on you.
Flexible schedules are available, typically 32–40 hours per week across five days. We match you with assignments that suit your availability—whether your calendar is consistent or changes week to week.

You’re a Great Fit If…
You’re available Monday–Friday between 7am and 7pm. (Don’t worry—your shifts will be much shorter than that window.)
You bring at least two years of experience caring for children (paid or unpaid!) and can provide two childcare references plus one character reference.
You have reliable transportation, current CPR/First Aid certification (or are ready to get it), and can pass a background screen.
You naturally tune in to children’s needs, keep them safe, and stay actively engaged—helping them learn, play, and grow.
