On-Call Sitter/Nanny – W2 Employee
Location: Reno–Tahoe Region (Reno, Sparks, Incline Village, Carson City, and surrounding areas)Pay: $16 – $22 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, On-Call, Flexible
Schedule: We are currently looking for new caregivers with availability from 7AM-7PM at least 3 weekdays per week and every other weekend at a minimum.

We’re a locally owned and operated childcare agency seeking warm, dependable, and experienced On-Call Sitters/Nannies to support families in the Reno-Tahoe area. As a W2 employee, you’ll enjoy job security with flexible scheduling and consistent support from a dedicated team.What You’ll Do
- Provide loving, responsible care to children from infancy to school-age.
- Create a safe and engaging environment through play and daily routines.
- Follow family-specific guidelines and care expectations.
- Maintain communication with parents and the local office team.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to make a positive impact.
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 years of paid childcare experience (nanny, babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive within the Reno-Tahoe region
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and provide childcare references
- Flexible, communicative, and able to adapt to different family needs
- Supportive local office and team
