- Proven track record for being punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Trained in First Aid or willingness to take training upon hire
- Strong degree of responsibility, accountability and problem-solving skills
- Engaging, caring, warm style with children and ability to plan and provide fun activities
- Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone, text, and email
- Dependable vehicle, current Driver’s License and willingness to travel around the Chesterfield, MO, or the St. Louis, MO area and surrounding communities
