Position: Childcare Recruiter (Full-Time, On-Site)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Childcare Recruiter to join our team in Arlington, MA (Boston Metro Area). This full-time, on-site role is pivotal to our mission, directly responsible for growing our exceptional roster of caregivers to meet the evolving needs of families across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify, source, and attract qualified caregiver candidates through various channels.
- Interviewing & Vetting: Conduct in-depth interviews and manage the comprehensive hiring process from initial contact through final selection.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees.
- Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate records, manage recruitment databases, and efficiently handle all hiring paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key communicator, maintaining continuous contact with potential employees and internal organizational stakeholders to ensure a seamless connection between great talent and family needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven Recruitment Skills: Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and effective interviewing techniques.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary for building positive relationships with diverse candidates and understanding family needs.
- Organizational Prowess: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex hiring processes simultaneously.
- Administrative Efficiency: Comfort and proficiency with administrative tasks, including database management, record-keeping, and processing hiring documents.

- Compensation: Base Salary of $55,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package.
